Is there a race or event I can enter?
Decide what you want to do: practice a course, submit a personal time, enter a scheduled community race, or join an activity advertised by CIG. Each has a different authority and finish line.
What to check
Open the actual edition and rules
On SCR’s Daymar Rally course compare the course and start/finish points with SCR’s submission rules if you want a recorded submission. For a scheduled Daymar Rally, go to ATMO’s organizer page and find that edition’s entry process. A course page is useful for practice even when no event registration is open.
Translate the time and mode
For a CIG activity, open the original announcement at RSI Comm-Link. Record the date, stated time zone, platform or game mode, and whether you need registration or an accepted contract. A newsletter date, sale period or Arena Commander activity does not announce a Persistent Universe mission on your shard.
Verify the start on the day
Compare the crew’s launcher channel, exact staging point, vehicle category, start condition, required checkpoint order and what evidence the operator accepts. Ask the organizer directly about missing rules. If you only want a practice run, label it as practice and time it from agreed markers.
Worked example
A practice time versus an official result
A friend times your run from the first checkpoint. The organizer's published course for your division starts elsewhere. Keep the time as a local practice note; do not call it a league result. Even a correctly timed run is not a submitted or accepted entry until the organizer confirms it.

- Your edition, channel, time zone and mode match, and you hold any required entry confirmation.
- Hold when
- The post describes another edition or mode, the deadline lacks a time zone, or you cannot verify entry. Plan practice separately.
