Pilot notes
Field notebook
Keep a note of what worked, what stopped, and what remains unknown. Choose a planning walkthrough or record something you personally saw in the game.
Private by default. Your answers stay in this tab. There is no submit button, account or autosave. Review the contents before downloading a copy; only you decide whether to share it. Refreshing or closing the tab clears this draft.
Taking part with a moderator? Open your participant card to read a privately issued round. The notebook below is a separate, informal record.
How to try a planner on your own
- Open the flight desk or your usual specialist in a separate tab on your normal device. Use the shortcuts, notes and other tools you would normally use.
- Equipment: choose a ship you know. Plan one change while keeping the neighboring mount as it was. Leave a note another person could use, including what you would still need to check.
- Freight: sketch two shipments of the same material for different recipients. Imagine the first recipient can accept only part of their shipment. Leave the next pilot enough information to continue.
- Open your handoff in a fresh tab or, if convenient, on your own other device. Note what survived and where you stopped. If you also try a different tool, start a fresh note. This informal walkthrough does not measure which tool is faster or better.
For a game note, use something that happened during your ordinary play. No trip, purchase, crafting run, recording or game login is needed for this page. Leave unseen steps blank. Keep handles, ship names, chat, QR codes, links, screenshots and coordinates out of the note.
Printable card and private handoff
On paper: kind of note ______; task or hull ______; known build/channel and observation time ______; attempted ______; directly observed ______; unknown ______; what a second pilot could do next ______. No name needed.
If someone invited you, keeping the note is enough. If you choose to return it, agree privately on the recipient, purpose, what may be retained, for how long, and how to withdraw before handing it over. The file alone confers no research or publication permission. Keep the private grading materials out of a self-guided session.
