Give each contract its own reference, even when the cargo and destination match. Personal cargo tracks a transfer without claiming a sale.

Add a cargo lot
Group identical boxes going to the same stop. Use a separate lot for a different box size or destination.
03 / Movement
Record a handoff
Enter whole boxes for one lot at one actual stop. A failed unload is a useful record: enter the attempted count and zero moved.
04 / Payment
Record a receipt
Record money only after you see it arrive. A quote, a physical unload, and even full acceptance do not create a payment here.
